Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery costs are as follows:
- Orders up to £100.00: £5.95
- Orders over £100.00: Free
When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be determined by the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. Delivery costs are based on your overall order value not per item.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses and we currently only deliver to the UK.
Carousel normally use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Tracked to deliver your order but will, in any case, select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Any weekend orders will be processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders will be tracked and a signature is required on delivery. Should there be no one to accept the delivery, the package will be sent back to your local postal centre. A card will be left with details on how to collect your package. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the time at which the order will be delivered.
If the carrier does not hear from you within 5 days after the card has been left the package will be returned to ourselves. Should you then require the parcel to be redelivered, unfortunately, you will be charged for the redelivery of your order to you.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Carousel shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Carousel shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Order Cancellation and Returns
If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us by phone, email or in writing and telling us that you intend to do so. If you cancel before we have dispatched your goods, we will refund the cost of your order completely, including any associated delivery costs and taxes.
If you want to cancel your contract with us for an order that has already been dispatched, then you have 7 working days from the day after its delivery to notify us by phone, email or in writing. Once we have received your notification to return the goods, we will contact you to discuss the means by which this will happen. By cancelling your contract in this way, you are implicitly agreeing to return those goods to us.
Please note that included in what you must return to us are the goods themselves and any included accessories as these are all constituent parts of the product that you originally purchased.
When you are returning any goods, please return the goods in their original packaging, if this is possible/feasible, and ensure that the goods are suitably packaged for their return.
Please be aware that you are under a duty to return those goods to us and that you also have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of those goods until they are received by us. If you do not return the goods, we will charge you for the direct cost of their recovery. Similarly, if you do not exercise reasonable care and the goods become damaged, we may make a claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.

We will reimburse your costs according to the following rules:
- If the goods we have provided are faulty or damaged, we will reimburse the full cost of the goods you are returning, including delivery costs and all relevant taxes. We will also cover the cost of the goods being returned to us.
- If the goods we have provided are not faulty or damaged, we will reimburse the full cost of the goods you are returning, including delivery costs and all relevant taxes. However, we will not cover the cost of the goods being returned to us - this cost must be borne be you.
This returns policy does not affect your other legal rights.
Apart from in the circumstance of a product arriving with you that is damaged or faulty, the following products cannot be returned:
- Pierced earrings (with hygienic seals)
We will also not accept the return of any product that has been worn or used.
